Dr. Sylvester Nyamekye founded the firm in 2014 and leads it as Managing Partner and Lead Counsel. He has considerable experience in both private and in-house practice, including as legal counsel to international and local companies and as company secretary to organisations in the manufacturing and service industries.
His practice covers corporate law, employment and labour law, maritime law, real estate, IT and communications law, insurance, arbitration and development finance, alongside an active court practice.
